Tracy Marcellino Aubert and Tiffany Hendryx of Blood Sweat + Butter are sisters, self-identified culinary punks, and curators of a good party. They seek to bring people together for a shared experience using food as the conduit. Authenticity, playfulness, and innovation fuel their passion. Taking inspiration from design, art, and fashion, they put great care into building an environment to foster an out-of-the-ordinary experience.

While Tracy came up in the high-end catering world in San Francisco working as a private chef as well as for Taste, one of the largest catering companies in the Bay Area, Tiffany was hosting an underground supper club in Barcelona. When the sisters finally found themselves in the same city after 18 years apart, they immediately set forth building Blood, Sweat and Butter together based on their love of cooking together.

Blood, Sweat + Butter is a creative kitchen focused on elevating food to art. Taking cues from fine art, culture, and fashion, BS+B’s work uses food as a conduit to deliver multi-sensory culinary experiences; expanding how we define what it means to come together around food. BS+B is well-versed in set culture. As the kid sister to event and editorial catering, production catering is guided by the same ethos of creativity and luxuriousness but with a more casual delivery suitable for sets.
