After we receive your contact form submission or your initial outreach, BS+B will be in contact within 24 hours. Following our first call, BS+B will send a menu proposal that takes into account the needs of your clients as well as the general needs of the crew. You’re busy, let BS+B plan the menu accordingly so that you don’t have to.  Production catering is more of a formulaic approach but BS+B does not have a standardized menu to choose from keeping the options fresh, taking the menu planning off your plate.

Delivery, Setup and On-site Service include platters + server ware, linen tablecloths, labeled butcher paper table liner, eco-friendly disposables, warmers, and one-and-a-half hour service per meal (from RTS call time).
